Property Auctions Valuer - Duties This role is a key part of the Auctions team by taking responsibility for the following duties:

General sales duties including phone calls
Appraising property and land (depending on experience)
Database management
Dealing with pre-Auction offers
Dealing with Auction enquiries
Negotiating post auction sales
Answer phone messages
Booking viewings
Photos and measure ups
Adhoc viewings
Facebook campaigns
Mailchimp campaigns

The successful Property Auctions Valuer will have a property background and will be experienced in conducting valuations already. You will be able to demonstrate strong sales experience both in a face to face and over the phone . You will be naturally proactive, a strong relationship builder and someone who can use their own initiative. Property Auctions Valuer - Skills and Experience:

Property sales experience is essential
Must have a full driving license and own a car
Proactive and business minded
Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise own time and workload
