- Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy
- Provide consultation to patients and deliver exceptional private and NHS services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication profiles.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay abreast of developments in pharmacy practice.
- Hourly rate of £27-£30 per hour dependent experience

- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting.
