Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading building services company in their search for a Maintenance Plumber to work across multiple sites in Coventry
For the successful Maintenance Plumber our client is offering:
- Up to £37,500 per annum (Depending on experience)
- Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
- Permanent Role
- Company van and tools
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Paid travel time
The role – Maintenance Plumber:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing all types of plumbing systems and pipework (copper, PVC, etc.).
- Carrying out complex plumbing repairs and installations.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults in water systems, including leaks, blockages, and pressure issues.
- Installing and maintaining sanitary ware (toilets, sinks, showers).
- Working on hot water systems and commercial heating systems.
- Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant room equipment
- General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work
- Accurately recording PPM, reactive, and condition check data on the work app.
What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Plumber:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent - ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of water regulations and plumbing standards.- ESSENTIAL
- Experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of plumbing systems.- ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in FM or building management services
- Full Drivers License - ESSENTIAL
