Position: Compliance Administrator

Salary: £12.60-13.05 p/h

Contract: Temporary - May until July (could be extended)

Location: office based, CV1

Working Shifts: 9-5pm then once settled in you can discuss flex (8:00-16:00/8:30-16:30/9:00-17:00 flexi – 35 h/p/w)

Assisting the compliance team duties will include –

Managing 3 email inboxes
Logging suspected malpractice cases
Chasing schools and colleges for responses
Filing and scanning
Logging post
Occasional social media monitoring (report any fraudulent activity)
Booking meetings on behalf of the team and managers (team of 12)
General office admin

MS office package skills
Great attention to detail skills
Proactive
Experience of working in a busy office environment
Experience of dealing with sensitive data (being GDPR compliant)
Be comfortable with being allocated different tasks throughout the day
