Back to searchAbout the roleThis 12-month FTC will report directly into the Society’s Head of Enterprise & Operational Risk and will be responsible for leading the definition of a Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework; an assessment of Group entities against the designed framework; and the practical integration of entity approaches to operate a single, embedded risk management framework. The Enterprise & Operational Team is part of the wider Risk and Compliance team.Whilst there is no direct line management responsibility, the role holder will work closely with the members of the Risk senior leadership, Enterprise & Operational Risk, Integration, and cross-functional risk teams. This position requires strong technical leadership and a focus on delivery to spearhead transformational initiatives, driving the integration and continuous improvement of risk management practices across the Group, with particular emphasis on Enterprise Risk Management.Additionally, the Integration Lead will work closely with the Society’s senior leadership, influencing, supporting, and challenging effective enterprise-wide risk management practices.
