Role Overview

As a Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the UK field support locker infrastructure. Your role will ensure smooth daily operations for customers while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign engineers to suitable locker locations and identify expansion opportunities.

  • Ensure all lockers comply with Health & Safety guidelines, monitoring risk assessments and implementing necessary actions.

  • Manage exchange capacity to optimise efficiency and network performance.

  • Ensure locker accessibility for stakeholders, promptly resolving any reported issues.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and third-party installers to schedule and complete installations as per customer requirements.

  • Maintain administrative records, including host licence agreements and exchange details.

  • Manage relationships with approximately 400 hosting partners, resolving day-to-day issues and overseeing new site requests.

  • Attend review meetings with major partners to maintain strong working relationships.

  • Work closely with the New Business and Business Implementation teams to meet customer deadlines on new projects.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK and ROI.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
