As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Quality Systems Manager to join their business.Reporting into the Quality Control Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity for a Food or Fresh Produce professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.Responsibilities include:* Manage and maintain the BRC system and operations to ensure continuous compliance with internal and external requirements, achieving and sustaining necessary accreditations and approvals (e.g., BRC, SMETA, Soil Association).* Oversee and implement internal audits with trained staff, ensuring compliance with HACCP, risk assessments (general, manual, fire), document control, and effective staff training, while issuing corrective actions and maintaining root cause analysis.* Serve as the primary point of contact for all auditors and customer representatives, ensuring compliance with systems, processes, and procedures.* Monitor and enforce quality standards on-site to meet customer GMPs, BRC, Organic, and other program requirements, while managing and training staff for optimal performance and development.* Ensure site processes and machinery consistently produce products that meet company and industry standards, collaborating with departmental managers to develop and maintain quality management systems.If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge, please submit your credentials to .
