This school is looking for a passionate Early Years teacher for a part-time, long-term supply position, starting after the Easter break and extending through to the end of the academic year. Known for its innovative teaching methods and supportive community, this school offers an inspiring environment for both students and staff.
Your new role
- Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love for learning.
- Regularly assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians about students' progress and well-being.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Enthusiasm, energy, and adaptability
