Your new role
As the PPA teacher, you will cover a range of classes from Reception through to Year 6. Your responsibilities will include covering management release time, ECT time, and course cover. You will deliver pre-planned lessons across various year groups and mark the work at the end of each day in accordance with the school's policies. This role is suited for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and more experienced teachers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid QTS
- Be comfortable and flexible in teaching all year groups from Reception to Year 6.
- Adapt to last-minute changes with ease.
- Be confident in implementing a range of behaviour management strategies.
- Enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of children, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), and other staff members.
