The school are looking for a passionate and adaptable teacher to join for the summer term, covering class teacher PPA time.

Your new role

This role involves supporting class teachers by covering lessons across Early Years, KS1, and KS2 during their allocated PPA time. As a full-time PPA cover teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons to a variety of year groups and classes. On occasions where the class teacher is unavailable, you may also need to mark student's work. This role offers an excellent opportunity for NQTs/ECTs to build valuable experience across a range of classrooms or for experienced teachers seeking to transition from a full teaching role.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have a deep understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Exhibit outstanding classroom management skills and the ability to engage students across varying age groups.
  • Showcase excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to support the dynamic needs of the school.
