As a Primary School Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students across a broad range of subjects, helping to lay the foundation for their future academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging and informative lessons that cover a wide range of subjects in the primary curriculum, including literacy, numeracy, science, and the arts.
• Supportive Learning Environment: Foster an inclusive classroom where students feel motivated and empowered to participate, learn, and develop their skills.
• Innovative Teaching Methods: Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance students' learning experiences and foster their interest in various subjects.
• Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, providing both support and challenges to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
• Holistic Development: Encourage the social, emotional, and personal development of students alongside their academic growth.
• Student Assessment: Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with colleagues to develop cross-curricular connections, interdisciplinary projects, and extracurricular activities that promote a holistic understanding of the world.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification for primary education.
• Passion for teaching and fostering a love for learning in young students.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
