Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic and thought-provoking lessons that inspire and challenge primary students across a range of subjects.
- Support and Assess: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
- Resource Development: Create and implement engaging learning resources that enhance student understanding and enthusiasm for learning.
- Classroom Management: Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect, and academic excellence.
- Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to develop and refine the primary curriculum, contributing to school-wide academic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A strong passion for teaching and inspiring primary students.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience teaching at the primary school level is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
