We are currently seeking exceptional teachers to join our team on a supply basis, catering to Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Your new role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and effectively manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Adapt to various classroom environments and age groups.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Support students in their learning, providing additional help as needed to ensure they understand the material.
- Maintain open communication with staff, reporting on student progress and any issues encountered throughout the day.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working within a primary school setting.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
