Known for fostering a supportive and positive environment for staff and students alike, this school is seeking a dedicated Year 6 teacher to join their passionate team on a part-time basis until the end of the academic year. It's a great opportunity to make an impact in a school renowned for its strong community spirit. The working pattern for this role is Monday through to Friday, teaching during afternoon sessions.
Your new role
- Teach and inspire Year 6 students, Monday through to Friday, PM sessions, until the end of July.
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum to prepare students for the next phase of their education.
- Monitor and assess student progress to support their development.
- Maintain a constructive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to adapt teaching strategies for student needs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and Year 6 requirements.
- Exceptional classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Flexibility and dedication to support students' success.
