Design & Development Engineer - Coventry - Up to £44,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

The Design & Development Engineer will be responsible for (or support the team on) the design, development, sign-off and release of powertrain components. The engineers will support the customer team to identify, analyse, and resolve complex problems and requirements in the field of structural and/or electrical components, battery components, ICE or fuel cell.
What You Will Bring:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of vehicle/powertrain system and component requirements (ICE, e-machines, hybrid systems, battery systems, etc).
- Knowledge/Experience in CAD tools such as Catia, NX or equivalent.
- Proficiency in GD&T, FMEA, DVP&R, and 8D Techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
