Process Engineer
Coventry
Starting salary: 55,000-65,000 p/a (negotiable depending on experience)
Working hours: 37.5 Flexi hours, ideal would be 9-3 Monday to Thursday 9-1 Friday.

Over the last 80 years our clienthas grown to become the leading scientifical manufacturer specialising in products forthe medical industries.
As a multi-site business with a huge presence both in the UK and Europe, their site in Coventry is home to a proud workforce of around 80 people who contribute to the company's success.
The Site:New site witha modern exterior andclean room working environments with three main production units.
Their main production units process over a tonne of materialeach day.
Machinery: Laser cutting machines, Mixing machines, Checkweighers, Needle head Threading machines, Flow Wrappers, Clean Room equipment, Laboratory equipment, Belt fed Conveyors, Storage Tanks, Boilers and other specialist equipment on site.
The team: Working directly in a team of two Processengineers to improve plant efficiency and deliver in house process improvement projects.
The Role:Process Engineer
- Optimising the plant and improvingoverall manufacturing efficiency.
- Implementing process engineering projects across the plant and laboratoryareas.
- Using techniques such as Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma.
- Automating clean room environments delivering projects.
- Regulating, validations, SOP's and reviewing and creating necessary documentation.
- Overseeing in house Capex projects working with contractors and engineering team.
- Utilising systems such as Minitab.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Chemical Process Engineering, Food Process Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferred candidates will have3-5 Years of experience as a Process Engineer within a manufaturing environment (Ideal being Chemical, Food or Automotive).
- Self motivated with a enthusiasm for process improvement and driving efficiency.
