  • Interpret and apply aerospace soldering specifications and conduct internal audits.
  • Lead PFMEA and problem-solving initiatives to drive quality improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally to maintain and enhance quality processes in electronics components.
Quality EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Electronics experience/understanding (any industry background).
  • Knowledge of ESD controls and auditing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with PFMEA.
  • Ability to interpret aerospace requirements and apply them in a quality engineering environment.
