Position Title: Product Delivery Co-Ordinator (SAP)

Division: Sales and Marketing

Location: Coventry

Position Description:

We continually review our systems landscape and the future roadmap. As part of this, we're entering a Discovery Phase to revisit desired capabilities within our teams, define product selection for the future and the roadmap of how we get there. The Product Delivery Co-Ordinator role will be vital to this Discovery Phase.

It will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating key elements of the plan, among various stakeholders within the business and digital teams
  • Co-ordinating key inputs into the process and organising workshops and discussions on Discovery input considerations
  • Support usual programme governance, through detailed plans, RAAID, Change Requests, Business Change Impact Assessments
  • Support the stakeholder engagement plans, the Communications Plan, support the Business Change Impact Assessment inputs and create engaging comms
  • Proactively spot potential risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and work with the teams to mitigate any impact to scope, schedule or budget
  • Establishing positive working relationships across multiple functions both internally and externally, balancing the priorities of multiple teams and ensure the overall optimal outcome is achieved
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

Skills Required:

  • A working understanding of major system change programmes (preferably SAP) and the complexity of them
  • Co-ordinating inputs from various stakeholder groups, at different levels
  • Programme / Project management tool use e.g. RAAID, trackers for inputs

Experience Required:

  • Relevant previous experience in a similar role, preferably on an S4 SAP Programme
  • Able to work accurately and with close attention to detail
  • Able to build rapport with various stakeholder types and co-ordinate inputs and decision making
  • Proven strong IT skills inc. powerpoint, excel,
  • Good team player but also able to work using own initiative
  • Capable of working to process deadlines and able to prioritise workload
  • Good communication skills, both within immediate team and with other department

Experience Preferred:

  • End to end experience on an S4 SAP Implementation programme
  • Use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience running decision making workshops
