French Speaking Sales Development Representative required.


C4 Logistics are an inclusive and dynamic company, specialising in time critical transports and customs brokerage. Due to expansion, we are looking for aFrench speaking sales development representative, based in the UK, to join our lovely team in sourcing new business within the UK and French markets.


All of your lead qualification, appointment setting and sales will be done over the phone so it is essential that you are both comfortable and confident on the telephone.


This isa brand new positionand would suit someone with existing outbound sales experience who is keen to progress further in their sales journey. Our ideal candidate will embrace the role, developing their own sales skills over time with the opportunity for the right candidate to progress to the role of Business Development Representative in the future.


Please note this role can be fulfilled on a fully remote basis or as a hybrid role at our headquarters in Coventry.

Hours of work: Monday Friday, 7am - 4pm


Job KPI's once fully trained:

  • Making outbound calls (from cold and warm leads) to connect with our prospects
  • Achieving 10 meaningful conversations per day with our prospects
  • Setting a minimum of 5 sales appointments per week for our BDM team
  • Achieving one-call closes where possible
  • Keeping and maintaining accurate customer information using the company's CRM


Our required skills & experience:

  • Fluent in French
  • Professional & confident on the phone
  • At least 1+ years' experience in an outbound sales/telesales/appointment setting role


Our "nice-to-haves":

  • Previous experience within a time-critical road transport or airfreight environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A high level of self-motivation
