The Company
A well established manufacturer of high quality precision aerospace machined components are looking for an experienced CMM Quality Inspector to join their team. The company provide precision parts to a wide range of industries including aerospace and Oil & Gas in their modern and fast paced machining facility.

The role - CMM Quality inspector
As a successful CMM quality inspector, you will be required to inspect precision engineered components.

Duties -CMM Quality inspector

• First off inspection and final inspection in a subcontract machining environment
• Using inspection measurement equipment such as Micrometres, Verniers, Gauges
• First article inspection reporting

Requirements - CMM Quality inspector

• Experience using inspection measurement equipment
• A knowledge of inspection measurement equipment.
• Good understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements
• First article inspection reporting
• Root cause analysis and resolution, including rework of parts.
• Ability to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
• Good communications and computer literacy.
• Working knowledge of Excel
• CMM experience
• Subcontract machining environment experience

Monday - Thursday - NIGHTSHIFT

Salary
20.00 - 21.00 Per Hour
