In this role you will be working closely with leadership and reporting directly to the Technical Manager, overseeing the Quality Assurance Technicians and the Hygiene Team. You will be responsible for quality assurance through managing internal and external audits, maintaining BRCGS and retailer licenses and accreditations.

This role would suit a Quality Inspector from a food manufacturing background, looking to progress into a senior/management role within a successful and growing business.

Oversee quality through internal audits and managing external audits
Investigating customer complaints reporting to the Site Technical Manager
Responsible for Quality Assurance Technicians
Ensure Hygiene Teams have necessary resources, maintaining high standards
