About the Role:
Red Rock Consultants are currently working aUKleader in the geotechnical solutions industry.
They are now seekinga Project Managerto join their team on an exciting infrastructure project in Plymouth.
We are seeking a professional with expertise in piling, anchor grouting, and geotechnical engineering to help deliver high-quality results in a dynamic work environment with significant growth potential.
Location: Plymouth, Devon (working in Plymouth)
Candidate Base: Ideally located in or around the Midlands and Chesterfield, with initial willingness to work in Plymouth.
Contract Duration: Initial 6-month trial, with the potential for an additional 18 months for the initial project. Permanent role possible thereafter.
Accommodation: Arranged by the client, with a subsistence or expense package for work away from home.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Plymouth-based
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing all project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively resolving technical challenges as they arise.
- Monitoring and reporting on project performance, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Driving improvements in safety, productivity, and sustainability across the project.
Experience Required:
- Proven expertise in piling, anchor grouting, and geotechnical engineering.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
