Plans for the next 3 years are equally ambitious with a further steep growth curve anticipated as the company goes from strength to strength.
The Role:
The role of Project Manager is a brand new position to support the business by managing a wide-range of projects. It is a stand-alone role reporting to the MD and Technical Director and is a brilliant opportunity to be an integral part of this company's exciting growth plans.
- Project planning; Defining project scope, goals, tasks & resource
- Stakeholder management; Collaborate to define project scope & objectives
- Risk management; Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Team Leadership; Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a high-performance environment
- Quality Assurance; Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements
- Reporting & documentation; Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Maintain all project documentation.
What are we looking for?
- The successful candidate will be a Project Manager currently
- Experience of Project Management including project management methodologies and tools is essential.
- We are looking for someone who is passionate yet pragmatic, a team player with a "can-do" attitude who can get people behind projects and get the job done!
- We are looking for someone who is solutions driven, agile and can work in a fast-moving, growth environment
- Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage but is not essential
