A Senior Design Manager is required for a Tier 1 client. This is a long term contract.
As a Senior Design Manager you will be collaborating, managing the big subjects, presenting, going through processes, stakeholder engagement and you will be working with a large number of subcontractors.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Design Manager your job will be to support the generation of profitable tenders for authorisation and submission, in order to maximise the order pipeline and its conversion into market share, revenue and operating profit within the business unit. You will manage the process of designing the solutions for the project in order to meet or exceed customers’ requirements. To identify contractual, financial, technical and operational risks and to find opportunities for value engineering, in order to minimise risk and maximise gross profit on contracts. To support the fulfilment of the pipeline of contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross profit and customers' satisfaction. To implement all of the clients relevant policies including those for SHE, risk management and solution design. To promote their values towards its customers in order to meet or exceed their expectations and fulfil the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry.
Must have:
As a Senior Design Manager you must have a White CSCS, worked with a Tier 1 client previously and dealt with large projects of up to £150million.
Location
The successful candidate will be within 1 hour of Solihull.
Pay
£400-£450 per day - through umbrella PAYE
