My client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Coventry working on a wide range of exciting projects within the built environment, helping to deliver innovative solutions and ensure the successful completion of projects within the built environment within the East & West Midlands.

You'll be part of a growing team, and play a key role in driving project delivery, managing client relationships and collaborating with, designers, developers and across various multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

A recognised qualification in Project Management (e.g., APM, RICS, or similar), ideally with a focus on the construction or infrastructure sectors.
Proven experience managing projects in the built environment, with a solid understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of construction contracts, particularly NEC or JCT, and experience managing pre- and post-contract responsibilities.
Familiarity with CDM regulations and experience working in compliance with health and safety requirements in construction projects.
Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Take a lead role in project delivery, ensuring all work is completed within the defined timeline, scope, and budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations.
Lead the creation and execution of detailed project plans, setting clear objectives, and timelines to ensure a successful and efficient completion of each phase.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks or issues and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimise any negative impact on the project's delivery, schedule, or budget.
Maintain accurate project documentation, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide leadership with consistent updates on project progress, challenges, and key achievements.
