Company Information:
My client is an international manufacturing organisation and the UK branch supports various retail companies with the installation, service and repair of their products.

Their project department installs the equipment and hands over to the Service Department to maintain on a reactive & pro-active basis.

They have a network of Service Partners (SP) across the UK & IRL managed and supported by a small admin and technical team in the UK.

Due to ongoing growth, I am recruiting for TWO suitable candidates to become part of their support team based in their Coventry office.

Within the role, duties will include:

  • Accurate checks of incoming Service Partner (SP) paperwork etc.
  • Check work content is correct and categorise into type

(Chargeable, Contract or Warranty).

  • Capturing Spare Parts used and charged appropriately.
  • Identify and apply Error Codes.
  • Liaise / Advise / Support their call centre in the EU.
  • Create tickets and support the call centre if required.
  • Communication with customer, clients & service partners as required.
    • Updates / status of ongoing works
    • Service partners orders and delivery to site.
    • Service partners when circumstances dictate.

A small team, supporting other:

  • Provide support to Fabric and PPM
    • Assist with twice yearly PPM (pre-planned maintenance).
  • Assist Service Supervisors with day-to-day problems.
  • Updating and tracking using excel spreadsheets for KPI or Customers reports.
  • Purchase orders, Raise, Check or Chase ups.

Additions Skills:

  • Confidence with all Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to self-motivate and work well within a small team, team player.
  • Accuracy, Cost Conscience, Problem Solving or Look for support from team/others.
  • Inquisitive and willing to learn
