What You'll Be Doing:
? Conducting in-depth operational and financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
? Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and improve business processes.
? Developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
? Monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights to leadership.
? Preparing financial reports and presentations, highlighting performance trends and improvement areas.
? Implementing and tracking cost-control measures.
What We're Looking For:
? Proven experience in financial planning & analysis or operational finance.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
? Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear insights.
? Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
