Quality Assurance Executive

Days- 8.30am to 5pm, Mon to Friday

40 hrs- 12ph

GI Pro are working with a precision engineering client located in Coventry, who are actively seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Executive to join their existing team. The role predominately entails assisting the management of the company quality processes to ensure paperwork and components are produced to company and customer specifications.

Job Description: Quality Assurance Executive

To assist with Quality management system updates, internal audits, induction of QMS to new employees, update the tam on QMCS updates

Ensure to assist with technical problems, quoting activities and provide constructive input to technical issues

Assist with IRN, SRN and CRN systems and ancillary systems

Communicate any NCRs to stakeholder and work with stakeholders to resolve

Carry out investigations in a timely manner

Assist with budget control

Assist with route cards, drawings, works instructions, route instructions

Assist inspection department that CMM programs are secured correctly, management of calibration systems is effective and up to date

Work with other employees to ensure quality and standards are maintained at all times

Adhere to company quality procedures as per QMS

Undertake any reasonable management request

Attend staff meetings when requested

Work flexibly where possible to support the business when needed

Attend training as requested

Communicate clearly and courteously and forward improvement suggestions for discussion

Ensure waste is kept to a minimum to benefit both the company and the environment

Ensure H&S rules and regulations are adhered to at all times

All components must be clearly identified at all times with the use of a Route Card or Split Batch

inform management immediately of any issues

Qualifications / Experiences: Quality Assurance Executive

  • Previous experience programming on CAD/CAM/Solidworks/Vericut
  • Online & Offline programming experience
  • Fully skilled turning setting/operating
