Our client is a main contractor, based in Rugby, seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to contribute to their Midlands based projects valued up to 25 million across various sectors including education, healthcare, retail, and leisure.

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of our projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and cost control. Leading a team of talented Quantity Surveyors, you will ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
