We are working with a well-established Social Housing Contractor who specialise within decarbonisation/retrofit of properties. The company have an exciting growth plan in place and have seen their turnover increase steadily over the past several years. The company have a healthy order book of work throughout the region.

In order to sustain their recent growth, they are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their Midlands office. Experience of working within Social Housing refurbishment is essential.
You will be based in the company's regional Midlands offices in either Coventry or Loughborough.
Reporting into a Commercial Manager, you will be covering refurbishment schemes throughout the area with some travel to sites required around 1-2 days per week.
