Key Responsibilities:
- Managing contractual and financial aspects of a large infrastructure project
- Administering NEC4 contracts, including early warning and risk management processes
- Providing geotechnical input and managing data related to ground investigations
- Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for the project
- Conducting site visits in Coventry as necessary to oversee project progress
- Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Implementing and maintaining effective cost control measures
Job Requirements:
- Experience in quantity surveying and contract administration
- Understanding of NEC contracts, particularly NEC4
- Geotechnical expertise and experience in ground investigation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work from home with occasional visits to Coventry
