Were working with an established main contractor in Coventry thats on an exciting growth trajectoryset to increase turnover from the early £100ms to over £200m in the coming years. As part of their continued success, theyre looking to bring a driven Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team.

Role Details:
Location: Coventry (split between office and site)
Salary: £45,000 £60,000 DOE + car allowance + strong benefits
Projects: New builds, refurbishments, and mixed-use developments
Start Date: ASAP
What Youll Be Doing:
Managing costs from early-stage budgets through to final accounts
Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and procurement packages
Working closely with delivery teams to monitor spend and forecasts
Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
Supporting contract compliance and risk management
Attending progress and commercial meetings
What Were Looking For:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or developer
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Understanding of JCT contracts and UK construction standards
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
Full UK driving licence
