Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
This developer is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyors to head up the commercial function on a mixture of brand-new residential developments in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Prepare cost plans and progression during build phased for residential projects.
Monthly cos management and reporting
Resolve contractual and commercial disputes with clients and subcontractors
Valuations, Variations and negotiating
Optimise project costs while maintaining quality.
Working closely with site manager
Reporting to Commercial Manager

Experience:
Degree qualified or equivalent
7-10 years of experience in Senior Quantity Surveying within the residential housing sector
History of managing the commercial aspects of residential housing projects
