Our client are going through an exciting time and expanding their teams nationally and are looking for an Estate Agency Professional to join the Coventry team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Completing contracts on properties
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
- Marketing properties to buyers
- Preparing photos, and written descriptions of properties for brochures
- A focus on generating new and repeat business
- Door knocking and leaflet dropping
Candidate Specification:
- Full UK MANUAL Driving Licence
- Experience as an Estate Agent
- Excellent customer service
- Clear communication skills
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Strong attention to detail
