A great opportunity to join this leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand in the Coventry area. Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer.
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:

- Arranging and conducting property market appraisals and valuations
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Dealing with general enquiries on the telephone and face to face
- Generating future opportunities
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Liaising with Sellers & Buyers
- Providing a first-class service
The successful Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer will have the following skill set:
- Previous experience working as an Estate Agent with Valuation experience
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Full UK licence and car
