• Manage and mentor the team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Oversee the management of the property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully let.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and landlords, providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and analyse local market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on performance to senior management.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the sales & lettings process.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving targets and key performance indicators.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a estate agency management or senior negotiator role
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
