About the Role:

As a key member of our client's lettings department, you'll be at the forefront of the residential rental market in Coventry. This role offers a perfect blend of challenges and rewards for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on building relationships

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive property viewings showcasing an in-depth knowledge of the local market
  • Skillfully negotiate between landlords and tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, from studio flats to luxury homes
  • Generate new business through innovative marketing strategies and proactive networking
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legislation, including Right to Rent checks, deposit protection schemes, and safety regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for both landlords and tenants
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth tenancy transitions and resolve any issues promptly
  • Utilise cutting-edge property management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably in the Coventry area
  • Excellent communication skills, with a particular emphasis on confident and persuasive telephone manner
  • Strong negotiation abilities, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for property viewings and valuations
  • Confident, self-motivated personality with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Coventry property market and current rental trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with property management software
Desirable Qualifications:
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification or currently working towards it
  • Experience with virtual property viewings and digital marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of property legislation and best practices in the lettings industry
