Residential Sales Negotiator, Coventry£26,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities• Assist the Branch Manager in the achievement of the sales targets for the business. • Effective handling of enquiries and conversion into viewings or market appraisals. • Follow up previous viewings for further feedback and buying decisions. • Provide timely, respectful and constructive feedback to our vendors. • Make outbound calls to follow up on previous applicants to generate viewings • Archive client records where all potential interest has been checked and exhausted• Effective meeting of customers face to face and over the telephone• Provide support with sales progressions via solicitors, buyers, and vendors• Ensure vendors & buyers receive regular updates. • Provide administration support such as: sales property folders, document checklists
Window cards, for sale boards, brochures, anti-money laundering compliance • Carry out compliance checks including Anti-Money Laundering for all clients. • Daily checking of reviews, tasks and other actions due. • Create a live for sale listing. • This job may include valuations, subject to valuation training/experience provided.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Sales Negotiator or similar role. Attitude: Proactive, can-do approach with a target-driven mindset.
