Key Duties:

As an Experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in real estate transactions, acting as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating Property Viewings and Appraisals:

- Arrange and supervise property viewings for potential buyers.

- Conduct property appraisals to assess market value accurately.

Negotiating Property Sales:

- Skillfully negotiate sales terms with clients.

- Understand clients’ needs and expectations to achieve successful outcomes.

Managing Client Relationships:

- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Progression Opportunities:
