The position is based at well established law firm in Coventry, therefore, it is preferable for applicants to possess a full UK Driving Licence and have their own vehicle.

The salary is negotiable based on experience.

While prior experience as a Legal Receptionist is advantageous, it is not mandatory as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the switchboard-efficiently manage incoming calls in a courteous and helpful manner.Welcome and assist all visitors to the firm, particularly clients, in a friendly and professional way.Communicate with clients both in-person and over the phone.Take messages as needed.Perform general office tasks.Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including data protection, SRA, and anti-money laundering protocols.Greet all visitors in the reception area, paying special attention to new clients.Maintain an organised and tidy reception area, issuing lanyards to third-party visitors as necessary.Manage the booking system and diary for meeting and board rooms.Conduct various clerical and administrative tasks as required.Protect the confidentiality and security of firm and client documents and information.Prepare refreshments for clients attending meetings.Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:

Capable of prioritising workload and functioning effectively without direct supervision.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone demeanor.Open to taking on additional administrative tasks and responsibilities.Ability to collaborate effectively and flexibly as part of a team
