- Establish and manage relationships with referral agencies such as the job centre, in the community, to recruit learners onto suitable training programmes.
- Promote the benefits of employability training and adult education programmes available, with a view to enrolling individuals onto suitable programmes, then onto sustainable employment.
- Proactively engage with local employers to source employment opportunities and market individuals from your caseload
- Work closely with your caseload, providing 1:1 guidance and support.
- Complete documentation accurately, ensuring that all paperwork meets compliance standards.
- Creation and maintenance of learner and stakeholder databases.
- Work towards targets / KPI’s.
- Engage with the local community to promote our client as the Provider of choice.
- Must have experience of working in a similar role within the Employer Engagement, Employability or Recruitment sectors.
- Excellent organisation, communication and listening skills
- Good administrative skills are a must.
- Able to easily build a rapport with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
- Proven experience of working to targets
- Good working knowledge of IT with experience of using Word, Outlook and Excel
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
