Role Details:

  • Position: Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Desk)

  • Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per annum plus bonus (open to negotiation based on recruitment experience)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in targeted business development, including making outbound calls.
  • Attend meetings with business clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Source suitable candidates for vacancies and manage the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Work towards targets and KPIs, using your high energy and excellent communication and listening skills to match the right people to the right opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • An interest in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
