ACR Recruitment and Training have a vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant for our Childcare Desk.

We are a Nationwide Recruitment and Training provider and are looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic, passionate individual to complement our team based in Coventry City Centre.

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 8:30 am -5:30 pm

Salary: £24,750 basic + Commission (after probation period). Basic salary will also be reviewed after probationary period.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face, 360 Recruitment role
  • Delivering a high-quality service and maintaining relationships.
  • Attracting the very best Candidates and building a pool of Early Year’s Practitioners across Birmingham, Leicester and Oxford.
  • Sourcing and placing candidates in temporary positions.
