Driving Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (Negotiable DOE) + Uncapped Commission (up to 25% of billings)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Driving Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take on a 360-recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment cycle:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring we meet their staffing needs.
  • Candidate Attraction: Source, screen, and match candidates to appropriate roles using various channels.
  • Booking Management: Oversee bookings for temporary and permanent placements, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Team Support: During peak times, you’ll receive additional resourcing support to keep your desk running smoothly.
