About the Job:Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Coventry. Our Coventry office is a significantly high-performing team and are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to spearhead the development of the Industrial team deskThe opportunity would be perfect for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to develop/start their recruitment career. We are open to applications from candidates with varying experience levels, the successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service , retail or sales if no exposure to recruitment.The Job:you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on both candidate and client acquisition, building relationships with organisations in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will understand unique hiring requirements and supply exceptionally talented candidates that meet client specifications.Daily responsibilities will include:
  • Searching job boards for candidates who meet client requirements
  • Arranging and attending client meetings to discuss their staffing solutions
  • Posting job adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies
  • Understanding candidate career aspirations and building meaningful relationships
  • Carrying out competency-based interviews
  • Bringing on new clients, nuturing nd maintaining existing relationships
Requirements:
  • Due to nature of the role a full drivers licence is required
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates/clients both face to face and over the phone
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work toward KPI's and financial targets
  • Self motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • A positive mentality and can do attitude
