- Searching job boards for candidates who meet client requirements
- Arranging and attending client meetings to discuss their staffing solutions
- Posting job adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work
- Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies
- Understanding candidate career aspirations and building meaningful relationships
- Carrying out competency-based interviews
- Bringing on new clients, nuturing nd maintaining existing relationships
- Due to nature of the role a full drivers licence is required
- Comfortable speaking with candidates/clients both face to face and over the phone
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work toward KPI's and financial targets
- Self motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- A positive mentality and can do attitude
