Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to representing a UK based multi-disciplined building contractor. Due to extensive growth within the business our client are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team.

In your role as a Compliance Administrator, you will collaborate across the business and wider group, to provide administrative support for retrofit related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measure in line with PAS 2035:2019 process
  • Working closely with scheme Retrofit Coordinators ensuring PAS installation paperwork is provided in line with the main contract programmes
  • Maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of the sector and pass this knowledge onto the wider regional team
  • Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures
  • To ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information
  • To ensure all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines are adhered to
  • Engage with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects
  • Using your own initiative, have a high attention to detail and be proactive

Team Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders as required.
  • Support colleagues as and when required.
  • To act in the best interests of the company at all times

    Health & Safety / Legislative Requirements
  • Complete all site compliance paperwork as required.
  • To perform all duties in line with company guidelines and legislative requirements
