Your new company

Lead the development of customer service products for the eCommerce network, ensuring high standards and collaboration across all functions.

Your new role

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the customer service function and broader business operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market best practices to enhance the function.
  • Develop partnerships to improve customer service.
  • Create B2C/B and C2X solutions through market research and product specification.
  • Align plans with stakeholders, including customer service, commercial, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with IT on service development.
  • Support new business opportunities, customer tenders, and pitches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to recommend product improvements.
  • Understand customer needs and target markets to inform product development.
  • Define product features, naming conventions, SOPs, and manuals for standardisation.
  • Continuously improve product fulfilment and additional services.
  • Benchmark product management against market and regulatory standards.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance market share and brand awareness.
  • Review and refine the commercial model, including customer agreements and SOPs.
  • Work with the Head of Product to implement a detailed product roadmap.
  • Support product lifecycle coordination.

What you'll need to succeed

  • In-depth product knowledge.
  • Strategic development and implementation in product management.
  • Complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Experience in consumer-focused product development and delivery.
  • Influencing skills up to board level.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Degree level preferred.
  • Over 6 years in product management.
