I'm looking for Roofer to carry out a property maintenance contract working within social housing properties in Stratford upon avon and surrounding areas. This will be a permanent role from day one

The duties of the Roofer will include:

Roofing repairs
Soffits
Flat roofs
Facias

Ideally I'm looking for Roofer that have:

Experience in Social Housing
Their own tools
Full UK Driving Licence (vans can be supplied)
a Clear Criminal Record (DBS Checks will be required)

And in return, the Roofer will receive:

£30000-32000 annual salary
Company van and fuel card
Permanent role from day one
