Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will work remotely covering the UK Nationwide and Europe responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling industrial gearboxes and solutions for EV powertrain and racing vehicles into multiple industries
Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have knowledge or prior experience of gearboxes / transmissions however someone with an engineering qualification and technical sales background with an interest in motorsport or automotive would be of particular interest.
Package
- £40,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience

Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Role
- Work remotely covering the UK nationwide and Europe, responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling industrial gearboxes and solutions for EV powertrain and racing vehicles into multiple industries
- Maintaining new Hydraulic, power transmission and related industrial sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
- Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling industrial gearboxes and associated products
- Working closely with the service department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
- Liaise with various engineering departments
- Homebased, willingness to cover the UK and occasional international travel.
Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements
- Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or similar selling into the automotive, aerospace, defence, off-highway, motorbike, motorsport manufacturing
- Someone with an engineering qualification and technical sales background with an interest in motorsport or automotive would be of particular interest.
- Service engineer working on industrial gearboxes looking to transition into a sales role are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge or an interest in gearboxes, transmission or other motorsport / automotive products would be beneficial.
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to travel to the office commutable from Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warrick, Daventry and Banbury at least 3 days a week during the initial training period
